Flusche Enterprises, Inc. used to be known at various times as J.P. Flusche Pipe and Supply and as

Flusche Iron and Steel.  The business was owned by J.P. Flusche and the company was engaged in scrap iron sales, welding, pipe sales, water hauling and trucking.

J.P. and Hazel Flusche had nine children - three daughters and six sons.  All the sons grew up in the business.  J.P. taught his boys to weld and drive trucks at an early age.

There were visible signs of growth in the business, starting in 1962 when a 40 ft x 100 ft shop was built.  Before that, the shop was an old oil tank with a large door cut in its side.  Before that, the shop was an old wooden shed.  New equipment including lathes, drill presses, a sheet metal brake, and presses were installed in the new shop.  The capabilities of the workers were drastically increased.

In 1971, the business was incorporated, J.P. along with sons Don, Dave, and Tom.   After graduating from high school, Jack bought into the business.  More diversification of the business occurred as emphasis began to be placed on the sale of new steel and pipe in addition to fabrication and repair work.

In 1988, Neal Flusche, Dave’s son became an owner in the business.   Neal began working at

Flusche Enterprises, Inc. during high school.

April 1996, J.P. Flusche passed away.  Sadly he never got to see the business expand into their 60 ft x 100 ft shop.  With this new shop, a larger 30 ft x 40 ft office was added.  This building was engineered and designed by Structures, Inc. which is owned by Dave Flusche and sons David and Shawn.  More machinery and manpower were also a new addition.

As the oil industry began to grow so did business with Flusche Enterprises, Inc.  They needed to expand.  Once again they called on Structures, Inc. to construct another shop.  This shop which measured 50 ft x 90 ft was completed in 2005.

Throughout the years, many of J.P.’s grandchildren and great-grandchildren have been employed at

Flusche Enterprises, Inc.  At the present time Tom, Jack and Neal Flusche are the primary owners of

Flusche Enterprises, Inc.
